Direct Connect Availability (DCA) or Seamless Availability allows INFINI to provide instantaneous, transparent retrieval of last-seat, flight availability from your internal reservation system.
Direct Connect Sell enables real-time reservation creation and confirmation within your internal reservation system. Direct Connect Sell automatically reduces reserved space from your inventory enhancing your revenue management control.
Direct Access allows subscribers to access information within your internal reservations system when they specify your product. Based on Direct Access information obtained from your system, subscribers can view last seat availability, access fare information, and other data.
Interactive Direct Access provides the same Direct Access functionality using standard EDIFACT messaging. Additionally, Interactive Direct Access provides IATA-standard point of sale data.
Claim It lets a subscriber display and claim Passenger Name Records
(PNR)
from your internal reservation system and to transfer ownership of the PNR to subscribers for servicing.
Numeric AVS provides seat availability status and allows you to display 0 to 9 seats of inventory for specific flights in the standard INFINI city-pair availability display format.
Answer Back lets you directly confirm receipt of your subscribers' booking by returning a record locator in the Passenger Name Record (PNR).
Providing essential flight schedule and availability information, Full Availability is the first step towards effectively linking you and your product to potential customers.
Airline Creation
allows you to designate subscribers with an option to access and work directly in airline's internal reservation system on a real-time basis through the INFINI system. With Multi-Access, the travel agent can retrieve, modify, and queue PNRs in your internal reservation system.
Agent Creation is an optional subscriber function within Multi Access. Your designated subscribers can directly access your reservation system to create bookings using the Multi-Access capability. Multi-Access Agent Creation shifts the processing to the subscribers by authorizing them to create, modify, and manage PNRs in your internal reservation system.
Group Request enables your designated subscribers to create, retrieve, modify, ticket, and queue a PNR with a group name (for PNRs with more than 9 persons) in INFINI using INFINI standard sets of commands.
Group Claim lets you open access your designated subscribers to display and claim PNRs with group name (for PNRs with more than 9 persons) from your internal reservation system and ownership of the PNR is transferred to the travel agent for servicing.
