Answer Back is a function that returns a reference of the airline after a reservation has been created; allowing travel agents to confirm that the reservation has been properly received and processed by JJ.? This allows reliable operation for JJ reservation from any INFINI terminal nationwide, and would improve travel agents’ efficiency for reservation and ticketing operation involving JJ.
